At Zinora, we ensure quality products for our customers. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

🔁 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, brand packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered

❌ No return will be accepted for size issues or change of mind.

📌 Important Notice: ✅
• Customer must record a proper unboxing video while opening the package.
• Without unboxing video proof, return requests will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed only after product inspection.

• Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → Original payment method
  • COD orders → UPI / Bank transfer

• Processing time: 3–5 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Zinora reserves the right to reject refund if:

  • Product is used
  • Tags/packaging missing
  • No unboxing video proof
